The house rules, in plain language.

Macquarie Guest House is an adults-only property. All guests must be 18 years or older — we're not set up to host children or infants, so bookings including under-18s can't be accepted.

It's a deliberate choice: it's what keeps the house calm during the day and quiet at night, for guests who are here to work, study, or simply rest.

Check-in: after 3:00pm

Check-out: before 10:00am

Self check-in via keypad, available 24/7 — your code is sent the day before arrival.

Standard Rate: Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival. After this time, we charge 100% of the room rate as a cancellation fee.

Non-Refundable Rate: As we are a small business, late cancellations and no-shows really affect us, so our policy is: 14+ days prior to check-in — no cancellation fee, full refund. Within 14 days of arrival — 50% refund. No-shows and cancellations within 7 days of arrival incur a 100% charge. Additional charges and taxes may apply.
